Who We Are

Briana Lamphier is a Partner of LC Valuation Group and is based in Colorado.  She is a Geologist, a Certified General Appraiser, and holds a Certified Minerals Appraiser professional designation, with 20+ years of experience in the valuation of oil and gas and mining assets.  She has experience in valuation of nearly all mineral-types in all regions of the United States. 

Matt Chapman is a Partner of LC Valuation Group and is based in Kentucky.  He holds geology and business degrees, has MAI, ASA, CMA, RWP professional designations and is a Certified General Appraiser with 20+ years' experience in land, mineral, right of way, and business appraisals.   

Donald Lumm, PhD is the Senior Geologist of LC Valuation Group and is based in Kentucky.  He has an undergraduate degree, masters degree, and a PhD in Geology, is a Professional Geologist, and has a CMA professional designation.  Dr. Lumm has over 40 years experience in the mining industry.
